Ingredients

    293 grams Crushed Tomatoes
    3 cup Red Pack Whole Peeled Plum Tomatoes
    3 cup Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
    453 grams Italian Sausage, pork
    1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    3 tsp Granulated Sugar
    2 cloves Garlic

Tips

You can make this in the crock pot if you are not home. Just transfer cooked meat, onion and garlic to crockpot, add canned tomatoes, sugar and seasoning and put on low for 4-6 hours


Directions

Cook meat, diced onion and garlic. Drain.
Add 28oz cans of tomatoes (crushed, diced and whole) with juices.
Add 1tbsp italian seasoning and 1 tbsp sugar.
bring to boil and then simmer (LOW) until reduced to desired thickness (2-4 hours)
