    2.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1.0 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted
    1.0 cup, sliced Zucchini
    0.5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    1.0 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned
    400.0 gram(s) Bush's Best Cannellini Beans - White Kidney Beans (1/2 cup, 130 grams, 3.5 servings per container)
    1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    3.0 clove Garlic
    4.0 fl oz White Wine
    2.5 cup Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes

Directions

Saute. Dress fish in cajun seasonings. Blacken. Add all ingredients. Finish in oven.
