Ingredients

    8.0 tbsp Margarine-like spread, Country Crock, regular
    4.0 large Onions, raw
    2.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
    6.0 clove Garlic
    3.5 cup Hunt's Diced Tomatoes
    1.0 cup Tomato Paste
    454.0 Grams Okra
    0.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    32.0 oz Shrimp, raw
    12.0 oz Soyrizo, Vegan Chorizo
    6.0 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth

Directions

In large Dutch oven saute margarine, chopped onion, and thin strips of pepper with garlic about 5 minutes. Add flour and stir over heat for another 5 minutes. Add all but shrimp, bring to simmer for at least 20-30 minutes. Add red hot or cayenne to taste. Add shrimp for last 5 minutes. Serve over rice with parsley.
