Ingredients

1 C almond Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 cup Butter, salted
8 oz Cream Cheese --room temp
1/2 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
4 oz Guittard Extra Dark Chocolate Chips (30 chips)
3/4 C Monk Fruit Sweetener
1/2 C Eryrthritol

Directions
Preheat oven to 300*
Spray a 9x13 casserole dish with cooking spray
melt butter in large glass bowl in microwave
next add chocolate chips to butter and let in sit for a minute, then stir until chocolate is melted.
next add cream cheese, and using a hand mixer blend until smooth.
add the vanilla to this mixture and blend again.
next add the eggs one at a time, blend after each one.
next add the cocoa powder, 1/4 cup at a time and blend.
now add the baking powder and mix well
next add the sweeteners--you can change it up to ones you prefer
mix well
finally add the almond flour blend until smooth.
pour into baking dish, and slightly tap or shake the dish back and forth to smooth out the batter.
Now place in the oven to bake. This can take 30-40 minutes depending on your oven. Start doing the toothpick test at the 30 minute mark.
Let them cool for 20 minutes and enjoy!
