Ingredients

3 tbsp Cereals, corn grits, white, regular, quick, enriched, dry
2 large Mushrooms, fresh
0.25 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers)
0.25 tsp Badia complete seasoning
0.33 tbsp Grape Seed Oil
1 serving Bragg - Premium Nutritional Yeast Seasoning (1Tbsp/5g)
0.25 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw
1 tbsp Butter vegan I can’t believe is not butter (by LIZETTEROQUE68)
2 slice, thin Onions, raw

Directions
For the Grits heat 1-1/4 cups of spring water to boil, add grits, seasoning and nutritional yeast and butter. Reduce heat to very low and cover.
Slice vegetables and set aside. In a sauce pan on medium high heat add 1 teaspoon oil add mushrooms and saute until brown, add peppers and onions saute for 5 mins. then add 1 tablespoon of spring water add lid and let steam for 5 minutes. Remove lid and let all the liquid evaporate so that the vegetable are not soggy season to taste with salt and pepper.
Remove from heat, turn off grits. Pour grits in serving dish and spoon vegetables over grits, Enjoy.
