    4 serving Onions, yellow, raw 1 oz.
    4 serving Bird's Eye - steamfresh, mixed veg
    0.75 cup frozen ocra (by FITSUNE)
    2 tomato Red Ripe Tomatoes
    32 oz Pork Ribs (babyback ribs)
    1 cup (8 fl oz) Yogurt, plain, whole milk

Directions

Mix everything together and slow cook for up to 2 hrs
