Ingredients

    14 gram(s) Avocado Oil - about 1 TBSP (or sesame oil)
    1 lb.Ground Chicken Breast
    1 cup Chopped Onions, raw
    4 tbsp Garlic, minced in a jar
    2 tsp Ginger, ground
    4 tbsp Lower Sodium Soy Sauce
    4 tbsp Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade
    3 tbsp Sweet & Sour Sauce
    2 Tbs. Rice Wine Vinegar
    1- 5 oz. can Water chestnuts, drained and chopped
    Iceberg or Butter Lettuce Leaves

    Optional: Prepared Rice Sticks/Noodles for garnish and crunch.
    12 leaf, large Iceberg Lettuce (salad)

Tips

Use lower sodium soy sauce or this recipe will be salty. The nutrition info does not include the crispy rice noodles.


Directions

Preheat Avocado oil (or sesame seed oil) into a skillet or wok. Add all ingredients except lettuce and rice noodles and cook until done. Simmer 10 minutes. Spoon into lettuce leaves and top with crispy rice noodles. The nutrition info does not include the crispy rice noodles.
