Ingredients

.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
1 serving Tomatoes, Roma small (2-2.5" diameter; whole)
.5 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers)
1 tsp Mustard seed, yellow
1 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil
1 serving Frozen Mixed Veg (by FIXXXA)
1.5 cup Steel Cut Oats, dry
3 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Tips
Add more or less veggies as needed.
Directions
Heat oil in instant pot, add mustard seeds and wait for them to crackle.
Add all veggies and saute till slightly cooked. Add salt and spices to choice (red chilli, turmeric and such).
Add oats and water and set the IP to pressure cook for 4 minutes.
Let the steam out on its own, ready to serve.
