Introduction

Ingredients

    1 serving Sabatino's smoked mozzarella w Artichokes & Garlic Chicken Sausage
    3 serving Egg white, large
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    .5 cup Spinach, fresh
    1 serving Baby Bell Peppers (3 peppers = serving)
    .5 cup, crumbled Feta Cheese

Directions

Add 1 1/2 cups to instapot
Place steam rack on top
Spray egg cups with cooking spray
In a medium bowl, beat together eggs, egg whites
Add sausage, veggies and cheese
Season with salt and pepper
Place 1/4 cup in each egg cup
Cover with foil
Place on the rack
Fill the second set and also cover with foil
Place on top of first egg cups
Secure lid
Select manual and cook on low for 17 minutes
Once cooking is complete, use a quick release
Remove the pan.
