Introduction

Easy to make--just open the cans, mix together, and chill! Great for picnics. I use southwest flavored tomatoes, but other flavors or your own spices would be great as well. You can also add black olives, crushed tortilla chips, chopped peppers, cheese, etc as your calorie limit allows. My husband likes to add salt and spicy Mrs. Dash to his. This is a great base to start with and you can play around with the add-ins as you please. Makes 8 generous 1 cup servings. Easy to make--just open the cans, mix together, and chill!
