Ingredients

    3 eggs
    1.5 C garbanzo bean & fava bean flour
    1.5 C whole wheat flour
    .5 C rice flour
    .25 C wheat germ
    .75 brown sugar
    .75 C white sugar
    1 t sea salt
    1 t baking soda
    1 t baking powder, aluminum free
    2 cubes butter
    1 t almond extract (optional)
    2 t vanilla extract
    2 C carob chips

Directions

Bake at 350 degrees F for 6 minutes. If using two cookie sheets exchange their positions at 3 minutes.
Makes 48 cookies.
