Introduction

This is an easy meal to put together while getting other things in your day done. This is an easy meal to put together while getting other things in your day done.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 chicken breast, boneless & skinless
    4 cups Compliments Vegetable Mix for Soup (1 full frozen pack)
    1 (900 ml) Campbell's Chicken Broth (30% less salt)
    1 cup Instant White Rice

Tips

To save on time you can cook the chicken in the oven the night before.
You can add a pinch of Summer Savory on the chicken while it's cooking for extra flavor with no extra calories.


Directions

Place chicken in slow cooker and cook on high for 2 to 3 hours. (internal temp needs to reach 165F)
Once chicken is cooked, shred apart. (You can use 2 forks to do this)
After Chicken is shredded, add Broth and Vegetable Mix and continue cooking on high for another 2 hours.
Add instant rice during the last 20 minutes of cooking
