    1 9 inch pie shell baked 10 mins
    7 ripe plum tomatoes sliced
    1 yellow onion
    3/4 cup mayo
    3 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
    1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
    blk pepper
    1 teaspoon basil
    1 teaspoon oregano


bake pie crust 10 mins in 360 degree oven
layer sliced onion and tomatoes in crust
mix remaining ingredients and spoon over tomatoes.

bake 350 until golden brown.

good warmed up
serves 8
