Introduction

This recipe makes two 12 inch pizzas. Divide all the ingredients between the two pizzas. The crust is thin, but sturdy and holds the toppings well. Between stretching out the dough allow it to rise abit and it will fit the whole pan. I wanted to list all the ingredients in order of crust, toppings, and sauce but had to reenter the cheese, so it is 200 g and it is on the bottom. Tips

The picture I added is before the pizza was baked.

Directions

Place, flour, parmesan cheese, and salt in food processor or bowl. Add to it (a half cup of warm water mixed with yeast and sugar). Turn on food processor, or mix by hand until a soft dough is formed. You may need to add abit more water. Weigh the dough and divide in half. Place on pizza pans with 1 tbs of oil on each pan. Allow to rise 30 mins. Begin to stretch the dough out to fit the pan. It may reach the edges, but if it doesn't allow it to rise abit longer on the pan and stretch again. It will reach the edges!

Next is the sauce layer. Place a quarter cup of sauce on each pizza. Sprinkle with as many herbs as you like, but suggested amounts herbs of basil, oregano and fennel make a nice pizza flavor.

Next layer is the toppings. Split ingredients between the two pizzas.
I use my food processor to slice and grate all my toppings.

Green pepper, onion, pineapple, mushrooms, olives, deli or toupie ham siced very thin, and cheese.

Bake at 425 degrees for 15 mins. Watch for desired browness of crust. This time makes a nice crispy brown crust. Enjoy. Each pizza is 1049 calories.

    Incredible!
I made this pizza for our Oscar party last night. It was Fabulous!!! The one and only thing I changed was added minced fresh garlic. It baked up perfectly and everyone was in love! They had no idea it was a bargain in the calorie and fat department. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU @LOVEOFME! - 2/25/19
