Ingredients

    1 6oz can Bumblebee fancy white crab meat
    2 Pillsbury pet-ritz pie crust, regular 9"
    5.0 oz Fontina Cheese, grated
    3.0 oz Gruyere Cheese, grated
    6 large eggs
    1 cup Duke''s light mayonnaise with olive oil
    1.0 tsp Dill weed, dried
    1.0 tsp Lemon Peel
    2.0 tsp Salt
    2.0 tsp Pepper, black

Directions

Pierce pie crusts and bake at 400° for 5 minutes. Beat eggs and mayonnaise together. Mix in crab meat and cheese. Add spices. Pour mixture evenly into both pie shells. Bake 15 minutes or until set and begining to brown in spots.
