    6 cloves (20g) Garlic
    1 Tbsp (9g) Celery Seed
    2 Tbsp (9g) Oregano
    1 tsp (3g) Black Pepper
    2 tsp (12g) Sea Salt
    7 oz (200g) Sweet Red Onion, finely chopped
    1 large or 2 small (556g) Yams, cut into bite sized pieces
    4 (357g) Carrots, cut into bite sized pieces
    6 cups beef (or venison) bone broth

Directions

Add above ingredients (in order listed) to 6 quart crock pot. Cook on high for 7 hours. Test carrots for doneness. Makes 10, 12 oz. (340-350g) servings.
