Ingredients

    1 cup *Campbells Cream of Chicken Soup 1/2 C
    1.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    .5 tsp Onion powder
    16 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast
    .75 cup Jasmin Rice (by JIMMYTHEPEACH)
    1 package (10 oz) Broccoli, frozen
    0.50 cup Publix Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese (by CATHERINESMOM)

Directions

How to Make It
Step 1
Stir the soup, water and onion powder in a medium bowl. Season the chicken as desired. Layer the chicken, rice and vegetables in a 6-quart stovetop pressure cooker. Pour the soup mixture over all.

Step 2
Close and lock the lid. Set pressure on low pressure. Cook for 18 minutes.

Step 3
Do not open the cooker until the pressure has dropped. Season to taste. Sprinkle with the cheese.
