Ingredients

    4 serving Trader Joes Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt
    4 cup Kirkland Frozen Mixed Berries
    2 cup Quaker Oats Old fashioned Oat meal
    2 tbsp Chia Seed (Nutiva) 1 Tbsp
    4 cup kirkland organic unsweetened almond milk
    2 serving muscle milk whey protein vanilla

Tips

You may use any fruit; however, this will change the total amount of carbohydrate in each serving.


Directions

In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly mix all ingredients. Fill 12 8oz containers with contents. Place in fridge overnight. Wake up and grab a quick light breakfast on your way out the door to work, school or the gym.
