    60 gram(s) Baldersons Extra Old Cheddar (by KARDAR)
    85 grams Red Ripe Tomatoes
    10 serving Kirkland Real Egg 99% pure egg whites 1/4 cup
    120 gram Kirkland Signature Honey Roasted Turkey Breast (sliced from individual turkey breasts) 1 slice (35 g)

Tips

use bacon. bits instead of turkey
mix all together in bowl then scoop--about 1/4 c / muffin cup
oil the muffin cups


Directions

350 degrees for 20-30 min.
Next time--could add more broccoli and some bacon bits (or bacon bits instead of turkey breast--not so flavourful)
