Ingredients
-
25 Water, tap
0.50 tsp Baking Powder
2 tbsp cocoa powder, Hersheys Special Dark, unsweetened
2 tbsp Great value half & half
15 gram Badia Ground Flax Seed
30 gram(s) Great Value Almond Flour
2 gram(s) Sweetleaf Stevia Sweetener

Directions
1. Mix dry ingredients (almond flour, ground flax seed, baking powder, cocoa powder, stevia) together in the mug. Mix until well blended.
2. Add liquid egg whites and half & half to the mixture. Blend thoroughly.
Note: This is the best time to do a little taste test--add more cocoa powder and sweetener as desired.
3. Add water to mixture and blend thoroughly. (Don't worry if the batter seems a little lumpy! Those are tasty lumps!)
4. Place mug and mixture into a microwave and cook for 90 seconds.
5. Remove from mug and allow to cool sufficiently before eating. (Don't burn your mouth!)
