    10.0 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast
    8.0 oz Fage Total 0% Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt
    2.0 cup *98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
    2.0 cup Broccoli - chopped - frozen
    1.0 cup White Rice, medium grain
    2.0 tbsp Garlic powder
    2.0 dash Salt
    0.25 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned
    0.5 cup Cheese - Fit & Active 2% Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese (Made with 2% Milk)


Place uncooked chicken, broccoli, yogurt, soup and seasonings in ctockpot. Cook on low for 6 hou rs. Use juices from cooked crockpot mixture (1 cup) with 1 cup dry rice and place in rice cooker. After rice is cooked place all ingredients including cheese into casserole dish. Mix well. Place bread crumbs on top. Place in oven at 350* for 10 min to melt cheese.

Serving Size: 4 servings (about 1 cup) in a 8 x 13 pan
