Introduction

Ingredients

    1.0 cup bay shrimp
    2.0 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)
    1.0 serving Breadcrumbs (Progresso/seasoned) 1/4 C. (28g)
    1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1.0 tbsp Canola Oil
    Seasoning salt

Directions

Cut green onions with green and white. Put in small bowl, strain defrosted shrimp (used frozen from Costco) check for shells, add 1 egg, bind with breadcrumbs, add seasoning salt or old bay. Add only enough breadcrumbs until it comes together. It will be wet. Form into patties. Should just hold together. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up. Add oil to pan warm on medium high heat. When warm add chilled patties and pan fry until golden brown. Serve immediately. I paired it with fresh asparagus.
