Ingredients

1 cup of plain nonfat yogurt
1 6 oz container of your favorite flavor of nonfat yogurt
4 sugar cubes, or 2 tablespoons of sugar
2 cups of nonfat milk
6 frozen starwberries or 6 fresh strawberries and a few icecubes

2. Combine all ingredients into blender.
