Number of Servings: 12

    0.50 tsp Salt
0.66 cup, hulled Sunflower Seeds, without salt
1.33 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
16 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
    4 tbsp Black Sesame Seeds
5.33 tbsp Flax Seeds - Bob's Red Mill Organic Natural Raw Whole flaxseeds, srvg size= 2T

Will keep for a month or two when fully dried. Keep refrigerated.
If you have room in your dehydrator consider making multiple batches at once.
Tan sesame seeds will work as well if that's all you have.

Mix ground and whole flax seeds, salt, garlic, onions, and water. Add sunflower and sesame seeds and mix well.
Use the back of a spoon to spread batter evenly on one dehydrator tray. Dry at 104 F for 4 hours.
Flip and score bread into 8-10 slices (depending on your dehydrator shape) to make it easy to break in straight lines.
Dehydrate another hour before serving. Serve warm.
