Ingredients

    4 oz Pink Salmon (fish)
    1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted
    0.25 tsp Himalayan Pink Sea Salt (by LUCKLYS)
    1 dash Pepper, black
    1 serving Lemon juice - of half lemon, 1 Tablspoon (Atkins)

Tips

Fish can be flavored in Soy sauce, BBQ sauce, Honey, before cooking for different taste. If you add chopped or sliced nuts, ALmonds, Pistachios, Walnuts add at very end of cooking time for about 1 minute. They burn quickly!


Directions

Heat Broiler. Place oven tray about 12" (middle of oven) away from heat. Line pie dish, cake dish or over proof container with sides in foil. Place one pat of butter on foil and put fish on top place another pat of butter on top of fish. Salt and Pepper to taste. Cook approximately, 3-4 minutes. Fish will become opaque. Watch carefully as not to over cook. Remove from oven and squeeze lemon juice over fish while still warm. This is for one serving. If you are cooking several pieces, (4) follow same directions.
