Ingredients

    3 cups Squash, Summer (Zucchini & Yellow) 1 cup
    1 cup Bread, Progresso Bread Crumbs, Garlic and Italian Herb
    1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
    3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    .5 cup Almond Milk (Unsweetened) - Original
    2 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)
    1 clove Garlic
    chopped carrots matchstick .25 cup or as desired

Tips

mix all ingredients together be sure to spray pan then put in oven.


Directions

bake at 400 degrees about 30 to 40 minutes until squash is soft to the touch
