Ingredients

    2 tbsp Classic Olive Oil Great Value
    5 Duck Eggs
    2 cup broccoli florets, frozen, great value, chopped if desired
    1 cup Chopped spinach-frozen; Green Giant
    1 cup Great Value Mild Cheddar Cheese Finely Shredded
    1 cup Great value half & half
    2 tbsp Clover Valley Real Bacon Bits
    1/2 cup Great Value Sliced Mushrooms, chopped if desired
    1/2 cup Great Value roasted red bell pepper, chopped
    1 tsp Italian Seasoning, 5th Season
    1/4 tsp Morton Iodized Salt
    1/4 tsp Great Value Ground Black Pepper

Tips

While you may be able to buy duck eggs at grocery stores for a little more than chicken eggs, you might be able to find a local farmer who raises ducks and willing to sell duck eggs for a cheaper price.


Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350*F. Oil a 9" pie plate or 9" casserole dish with the olive oil.
2. Scramble eggs in a bowl. Add all of the other ingredients and mix well.
3. Pour egg mixture into pie plate or casserole dish.
4. Bake at 350*F for 30 minutes or until eggs have set. Let cool for about 10 minutes.
