Ingredients

    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    4 tbsp Butter, unsalted
    2 medium Carrots, raw, diced
    1 small Onions, raw, diced
    3 clove Garlic, minced
    1 head, large (6-7" dia) Cauliflower, raw, riced
    2 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk), diced
    3 tbsp Soy Sauce
    0.5 1tsp Sesame Oil
    1 lb Pork, fresh, loin, blade (chops or roasts), bone-in, separable lean and fat, raw, diced

Directions

Melt butter, brown diced pork. Add onion, carrots, cauliflower and cook until onions are translucent. Make a well in the center and scramble the eggs. Add soy sauce, garlic, and sesame oil and mix well. Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds. Serves 4.
