    .75 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar
    2 tsp Baking Soda
    4 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    2 tsp Ginger, ground
    8 oz Carrots grated (1 cup). (by LIZZBLIZZ4)
    1 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 Apples, fresh with skin
    .25 cup, shredded Coconut, raw
    .5 cup, chopped Pecans
    3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    2 tsp Vanilla Extract
    4 fl oz Apple juice, unsweetened
    2.5 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice
    .5 tsp Salt
    10.6 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil

MIX.
BAKE AT 375 UNTIL GOLDEN.
