Introduction

Sweet, easy, always a big hit. Sweet, easy, always a big hit.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 can sweet corn, drained
    1 can creamed corn
    1 Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
    1/2 c unsweetened applesauce
    2 large eggs

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Spray a 8x11 inch baking dish with Pam. Pour mix into prepared pan and bake in 350F oven for 45 minutes.

    Wow, this sounds wonderful & definitely lower in fat/calories than the one I use with sour cream & sugar. I'm going to try this. I hope I don't eat it all myself. - 2/2/10
