Ingredients

    4.0 tbsp Oregano, ground
    2.0 tbsp Basil
    2.0 clove Garlic
    1.0 tsp Fennel seed
    6.6 oz Tomatoe (Roma) raw, diced - One (1)
    0.25 cup Tomato Paste
    0.75 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    5.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    17.0 oz Whole Wheat Penne (dry)
    1.0 glass (3.5 fl oz) Red Wine

Directions

Cook pasta, set aside Heat olive oil over low and sweat onions, garlic, tomatos and spices till fragrant Add remaining vegetables, tomato paste and red wine, cook over medium until desired consistency Let cool a bit and mix in cooked pasta
