Ingredients

3 large Egg
1/3 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
16 oz ground chuck
1/4 cup Tomato Sauce
4 oz Cream Cheese
3 1/2 tsp Taco Seasoning
4 cup Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Crust
1. Beat cream cheese and egg together until smooth.
Add cream and 1/4 tsp. taco seasoning
2. Grease 13x9 baking dish, spread 8 oz (2 cups) cheddar cheese over bottom of dish. Slowly pour in cream cheese and egg mixture. Bake 375 for 25-30 minutes.
3. Let stand for 5 mins. before adding topping ingredients.
Topping
1. Brown ground chuck, drain.
2. Stir in 3 tsp taco seasoning, tomato sauce.
3. Spread over crust. Top with remaining cheddar cheese, 8 oz. (2 cups).
4. Reduce oven to 350° and bake additional 20 minutes.
Serve with sour cream, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, or salsa.
Add additional carbs for any toppings!
