Ingredients
-
0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw
16 roll Hamburger or Hot Dog Buns, reduced-calorie
5 serving American Cheese, White, GV
2 tbsp GV Light Mayo
6 tbsp Great Value Sweet Pickle relish
10 tbsp Great Value Ketchup
3 serving Hard Boiled Egg - 1 med to lrg
3 serving Bar-S Thick Sliced Bologna (1 Slice = 1 Serving)
10 serving GV 97% FF Baked Ham Lunchmeat (1 Slice) (by SHERRILYN1227)
Tips
The original recipe calls to individual wrap each filled bun. I seriously don't have time to do this so I just place in large baking pan cover with foil and bake that way.
Directions
dice meat, cheese and egg into bowl. Mix relish, ketchup, mayo, onion. Fill hot dogs buns with mixture (I use a large mouth spoon and use about two scoops per bun)
Bake at 350 until buns bit browned and cheese melted
Serving Size: makes 16 oven sandwiches (2 per person)
For my guys I normally have to make a plenty to eat and plenty for mid-night snacks. can refrigerate for like 4 days, or freeze for like 2 weeks and they don't lose integrity.
