Introduction

Can be served as a side dish or as an appetizer. The Acorn squash makes pretty scalloped-edge slices, but you can use any other firm squash if you'd like. Ingredients

    Large acorn squash
    1 tbsp chopped fresh Sage
    1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
    *1 tsp rey Poupon Dijon Mustard
    2 cloves minced Garlic
    2 tbsp Olive Oil
    PAM


Directions

Cut squash in half lengthwise, and scoop out seeds. Cut halves crosswise into 1/4 inch thick slices. Place on a large plate and spray with PAM.

Grill over medium heat with lid closed, turning once - until tender and browned - about 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, in small bowl, whisk together sage, winegar, mustard, garlic and oil. Drizzle over squash.

Makes 4 servings.
