Ingredients

    12 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar
    1 serving Land O Lakes, Salted Whipped Butter, 1 Tbsp
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 serving Dannon Oikos Greek Nonfat Yogurt 0% Plain 5.3 oz
    6 fruit (2-1/8" dia) Plums
    1 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Spray a baking dish with cooking spray. Wash, halve, and seed plums. Mix together the yogurt, egg, and flour. Place 1/2 tsp of brown sugar in the hollow of each plum. Divide dough into three balls. Roll the ball out into a thin circle and cut in quarters. Wrap each plum in one of the dough quarters. Repeat with the other two balls of dough. Arrange the wrapped plums in a baking pan that has been sprayed with baking spray. Dot each wrapped plum with butter and top with 1/2 teaspoon of brown sugar. Bake at 350 for about 25 minutes or until golden brown.
