    40.0 Grams Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened)
    0.5 fruit without skin, large Kiwi Fruit
    50.0 Grams Raspberries
    3.0 large (1-3/8" dia) Strawberries, fresh
    1.0 Grams Sunflower Seeds, without salt
    10.0 Grams Almonds
    10.0 Grams Black Walnuts
    10.0 Grams Pumpkin Seeds (whole seeds, roasted)
    10.0 Grams Peanuts, dry-roasted
    1.0 tbsp Chia Seeds CHIA POWER Navitas
    1.0 tbsp Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts (Raw Shelled Hemp Seeds)
