I used potato,carrot parsnip, feel fre to make your own mixture.
I also forgot tl buy butter so I used yogurt.

    340 grams Potato, raw
    200 grams Carrots, raw
    200 grams Parsnips
    .2 oz Fage Total 0% Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt
    5 oz Bone broth ,chicken 8 oz
    1 dash Salt
    1 dash Pepper, black
    1 tsp Paprika
    1 tsp Tarragon, ground
    .25 tsp Cumin seed

Tips

vegetarian? use the cooking water or veggie broth.


Directions

peel and cook veggies with salt and pepper,drain and mash with chicken broth ,butter or yogurt.spice with paprika,tarragon.
