Introduction

Ingredients

    4 cup, cubes Butternut Squash
    2 large (3-1/4" dia) (approx 2 p Apples, fresh with skin
    1 small Onions, raw
    32 fl oz Chicken Broth
    .75 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream

Directions

In a large pot add squash, apples (peeled and cubed) and onion (peeled and cubed), and chicken broth. Cook until squash is soft - about 10 - 15 min. Add to blender (do in batches if necessary) and blend until smooth, then add back to the pot. Slowly stir in cream. Add salt and pepper to taste.
