Ingredients

    2.0 serving Chicken Breast Tenderloin - Tyson - 4 oz.
    8.0 oz Shrimp, cooked
    1.0 tbsp Soy sauce (tamari)
    1.0 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Potato Starch
    1.0 serving Pacific Natural Foods Organic Low Sodium Vegetable Broth, 1 cup
    230.0 Grams Mushrooms, fresh

Directions

Marinate the chicken in your favorite Oriental marinade for an hour. Cut into small pieces. Using cooking spray cook the chicken until it's done and has a little bit of char on it. Add shrimp and heat through. Add the mushrooms. Cook until tender. Add the starch to a little bit of water and pour over dish. Stirring constantly, add the veggie broth. Add soy sauce and .25 cup of water. Add ginger garlic paste. Add crushed red pepper. Cook for another 10 minutes . Eat as is or pour over rice or vegetables.
