Ingredients

    4 oz Cream Cheese
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 tsp McCormick Pure Almond Extract (by NARINFLA)
    2 tsp Sucralose (like Splenda)
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    0.25 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour (1/4 cup is 28g)
    1 serving Whey Protein (Vanilla 1 scoop)
    .12 tsp Salt
    .25 tsp Baking Powder
    2 tbsp ^ Coconut flour - 1 tablespoon - 62.5 (by SCRAPPYMELLA)

Tips

I think 5 small pancakes is a serving


Directions

Soften Cream Cheese, add all other ingredients and mix thoroughly.
In skillet or on grill drop by small scoops and brown on both sides.
Can use Hazelnut meal in place of almond meal.
Can Freeze.
Coconut flour is optional. Mexican vanilla is very good in these.
