Ingredients

    1 serving LITTLE WHITE POTATOES - 1 SERVING = 5 POTATOES (110G)
    4 cup Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free)
    6 oz Ekrich Turkey Smoked Sausage
    4 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw
    4 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    1 large Onions, raw

Tips

You can use cream of mushroom soup if you prefer. Use the 98% fat free kind.


Directions

Stir everything together in crock pot; cover everything with the soup. Slow cook for 5-6 hours, depending on how soft you want your carrots. The sausage gives everything a great flavor.
