Ingredients

2 cup Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only)
8 tbsp Herbalife Protein Drink Mix, vanilla
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
1 cup Farmers Market Organic Pumpkin Puree
1 serving Truvia Natural Sweetener
1/2 c Almond Milk
Directions
First prep heat oven @ 350
Glad Muffin pan and Muffin holders ( I like using FUN ones that have seasonal decorations on them)
You'll need two mixing bowls
For mixing bowl #1 :
1 whole Banana and smash in right in the bowl
1 can Pumpkin Puree
1/4 c Truvia (sugar)
Mix all the ingredients together. Set a side.
Mixing Bowl 2 :
2 c Bisquick
1/2 c Protein Drink Mix (Vanilla) *optional
1/3 Almond Milk (or more)
Now, mixing bowl 1 and bowl 2 together. Then added the Almond milk at the end , want the batter be thick and heavy not water. Last stop at the Mini Chocolate Chips and large scoop of batter into individual muffin cup. Bake for 23-25 mins.
