Ingredients

    1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
    1/3 cup Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style
    1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning (optional)
    1/4 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters)
    4 - 4 oz Boneless & Skinless Chicken Breast, pounded evenly
    1 cup Spaghetti Sauce
    1/2 cup Kraft Mozzarella, Fat Free
    1/2 cup Part Skim Mozzarella

Tips

When cooking in microwave, lightly spray the side of wax paper that will be towards the chicken with cooking spray so cheese does not stick to paper

Serve with a side of spaghetti squash topped with a little spaghetti sauce or grated parmesan and a salad for a complete meal


Directions

MICROVAWE:
In a gallon plastic bag, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning (if using).
Dip each breast into beaten egg, then in bread crumb mixture, pressing lightly to coat.
Arrange in a 9 x 9 x 2 glass baking dish.
Cover with wax paper.
Heat on high power for 4-5 minutes.
Pour spaghetti sauce over chicken.
Combine Fat Free and Part Skim Mozzarella, sprinkle over chicken.
Cover with wax paper.
Heat on high 1 1/2 to 3 minutes, or until sauce is heated through and cheese is melted.

OVEN:
Preheat Oven to 350°
In a gallon plastic bag, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning (if using).
Dip each breast into beaten egg, then in bread crumb mixture, pressing lightly to coat.
Arrange in an oven proof baking dish.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Pour spaghetti sauce over chicken.
Combine Fat Free and Part Skim Mozzarella, sprinkle over chicken.
Place back in oven for 1 1/2 to 3 minutes, or until sauce is heated through and cheese is melted.
