Ingredients

3 cup Tangerines, (mandarin oranges), canned and drained
.5 pomegranate (3-3/8" dia) Pomegranates about 1 cup
2 pear, medium (approx 2-1/2 per Pears, fresh and diced
2 serving Apple - Red Delicious cored and diced
0.5 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened
6 fruit without skin, medium Kiwi Fruit diced
2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh , sliced
6 tsp Lime Juice fresh squeezed
1 tbsp Maple Syrup
Tips
You may peal and separate four clementine oranges/ tangerines instead of the two cans of mandarin oranges.
Directions
Wash and prepare all fruit and add to large bowl.
Dice pears and apples, no need to peal, but peal the kiwis and dice them up, prepare pomegranate by slicing open then removing the beads of fruit to make around one cup. Drain cans of mandarin oranges then add to other fruit, followed by the half cup of dried cranberries then peel and slice bananas. Mix the lime juice with the maple syrup and and to fruit mix and serve or chill before serving.
