Ingredients

    2 serving beef, ground 85% lean (1 pound) (by A2N2SMOM)
    2 cup Great Value Instant Long Grain White Rice(1/2 cup=3/4 cup prepared)
    1 serving Dei Fratelli Petite Diced Tomatoes, 28 oz can (by NICOLE_IN_OHIO)
    12 cup Beef Broth - Swanson Low Sodium
    5.625 cup Ragu Traditional Spaghetti Sauce (tomato sauce)
    3 tsp Salt (table) (by CYNDYY1)
    6 tsp Garlic powder
    6 tsp Onion powder
    6 tsp McCormick Italian Seasoning (by MRULAND)
    2 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper

Directions

Brown the ground beef until no pink remains.

While the ground beef is cooking, dice up the green peppers. Once the ground beef is cooked add the green peppers, diced tomatoes and herbs to the pot. Simmer for 3-5 minutes, until the peppers begin to soften.

After the peppers have softened add the beef broth and tomato sauce. Bring to a boil and then add the rice. Reduce heat to a simmer and cover pot.

Boil the soup, stirring frequently for approximately 30 minute, or until the rice is tender.

Allow to sit before serving for 10 minutes.

Serve and enjoy!
