Introduction

We forgot the ricotta... And it was still soooo good! We forgot the ricotta... And it was still soooo good!

Ingredients

    20.0 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck
    3.8 serving Barilla Lasagna
    3.0 cup, shredded Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk
    3.0 cup Homemade Italian Tomato Sauce
    16.0 oz Johnsonville All Natural Ground Mild Italian Sausage
    3.0 tsp Oregano, ground
    1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    3.0 clove Garlic
    1.0 tbsp Salt
    1.0 tsp Pepper, black

Directions

Boil water for noodles and preheat oven to 375°f. Brown onions, then add garlic. Cook 1 min and add meat and seasonings. Cook until browned and drain grease. Add sauce, bring to boil then shut off. Assemble in layers, first sauce then cheese then noodles and repeat. Make sure you reserve enough Sauce for top layer of noodles. Lastly final layer of cheese. Cover loosely with foil. Bake 30 mins then uncover and bake additional 15mins. Let stand for 5-10 mins before cutting and serving!
