1/2 cup Whole Foods All Natural Peanut Butter
1.5 cup Canned Goods: Thai Kitchen Organic Coconut Milk (13.66 oz can) - about the amount in a whole can, just use whole can.
1/3 cup erythritol/swerve

Freeze for about 1 hours; put in refrigerator for another 1-2 hours, then lift out of pan and cut.
