Ingredients

    3/4 cup butter or margarine [promise fat free]
    4 squares unsweetened baking chocolate [12 tbs. unsweetened cocoa + 4 tbs. promise fat free]
    1 1/2 cups granulated sugar [3/4 cup sugar + 3/4 cup splenda]
    4 large eggs, divided [3/4 cup + 1/4 cup egg substitute]
    1 cup all-purpose flour
    1 3/4 cups M&M'S® Chocolate Mini Baking Bits, divided [1 cup + 1/2 cup Andes Baking Chips]
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts, optional [not used]
    1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened [fat free cream cheese]
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9-inch springform pan; set aside. Place butter and chocolate in large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH 1 minute; stir. Microwave on HIGH an additional 30 seconds; stir until chocolate is completely melted. Add sugar and 3 eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition; blend in flour. Stir in 1-1/4 cups M&M'S® Chocolate Mini Baking Bits and nuts, if using; set aside. In large bowl beat cream cheese, remaining 1 egg and vanilla. Spread half of the chocolate mixture into prepared pan. Carefully spread cream cheese mixture evenly over chocolate mixture, leaving 1-inch border. Spread remaining chocolate mixture evenly over top, all the way to the edges. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup M&M'S® Chocolate Mini Baking Bits. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until firm to the touch. Cool completely. Store in refrigerator in tightly covered container.
