.33 serving Milk Reduced Fat Milk 2% Great Value ( 1 cup serving)
.4 cup Silk cashew milk unsweetened
1 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream
8 oz Pork, fresh, leg (ham), shank half, separable lean only, cooked, roasted
.75 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded
.25 cup pieces Mushrooms, cooked
Tips
Quiche should be set at the edges and jiggle a bit in the center, do not overcook it-- check at 40 minutes and recheck until just right
