Ingredients

    1.0 tbsp Butter, unsalted
    0.2 tsp Nutmeg, ground
    1.0 dash Pepper, black
    1.0 package (10 oz) Broccoli, frozen
    2.0 medium Carrots, raw
    1.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    0.5 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
    1.0 cup Milk Whole Vitamin D
    4.0 cup Simply nature chicken bone broth
    3.0 tbsp white flour

Directions

Thaw and chop frozen broccoli. Add broccoli, diced carrot and celery, nutmeg and ground pepper to stockpot with butter and bone broth. Bring to boil, then cook at low-medium heat for 10 minutes. In small saucepan, whisk flour and milk on medium heat for 3 minutes, or until thick. Add milk mixture to stockpot. Add cheese at end and serve. *If using low fat milk, add another tablespoon unsalted butter or a dash of salt. Serving Size: Serves six
